Kindergarten: JA Ourselves
JA Ourselves introduces kindergarten students to the intersection of financial literacy and early elementary grades social studies learning objectives.
1st Grade: JA Our Families
JA Our Families introduces students to entrepreneurship and learning objectives for first-grade social studies, including families, neighborhoods, money, and needs and wants.
2nd Grade: JA Our Community
JA Our Community introduces students to the intersection of work readiness and early elementary grades social studies learning objectives, including how citizens benefit from and contribute to a community's success.
3rd Grade: JA Our City
JA Our City introduces students to financial literacy and learning objectives for third–grade social studies, including how people manage their money and the importance of economic exchange within a city.
4th Grade: JA Our Region
JA Our Region is an interdisciplinary program that introduces fourth-grade students to entrepreneurship and upper elementary grade social studies learning objectives, including regions, resources, supply chains, and problem solving.
5th Grade: JA Our Nation
JA Our Nation introduces fifth-grade students to the intersection of work readiness and upper elementary grades social studies learning objectives.
5th Grade: JA Biztown Adventures
JA BizTown Self Guided (Adventures) is a culminating experience for students that follows the JA BizTown curriculum. Students gain an understanding of various aspects of running a business as they take on the roles of chief executive officer, chief financial officer, marketing director, sales manager, and consumer via five online, self-guided adventures.
3rd-5th Grade: JA More Than Money
JA More Than Money introduces third-, fourth-, and fifth-grade students to financial literacy and entrepreneurship, and to social studies learning objectives that include money-management skills, goods and services, and global markets.
K-5th Grade: JA CAREER SPEAKER SERIES
Planning a career day? JA can help you! In JA Career Speaker Series, a volunteer guest speaker visits the classroom virtually or in person, and shares information about his or her career, work, and education experience.
