Networking and Discussion for the Next Generation of Detroit’s Business Leaders

The Junior Achievement of Southeastern Michigan (JASEM) Emerging Leaders (JA EL) is a group of ascending professionals and entrepreneurs who gather to support JASEM. JA EL membership provides networking, career advancement, and coaching opportunities. EL includes individuals with a desire to serve their community, assisting JASEM in teaching financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and career readiness to students in our region and providing a sounding board for decision-making within JASEM.

Recognizing that young professionals may not be aware of or able to attend the Mackinac Policy Conference, we host the Emerging Leaders Forum and invite thought leaders to discuss impactful policy topics. The future economic environment in southeastern Michigan, the state, and the nation can significantly influence our young professionals as they emerge as the next generation of business and philanthropic leaders in the community.
